A textile motorcycle jacket with a difference. The Weise Sniper Jacket takes a modern textile jacket and gives it a retro flare, injecting an element of classic cool into a traditional textile motorcycle jacket.

The 600D outer construction maximises the strength of the jacket by offering an abrasion resistant material that will easily withstand the intense friction that you may experience in the event of an accident. This textile material is dual layered at the shoulders, a key area which typically experiences a great amount of abrasion at this key area, furthering your resistance to intense friction.

Protection from impacts is crucial, which is why the Weise Sniper Jacket features a five-piece armour set as standard. CE approved armour can be found at the back, shoulders and elbows as standard, which help to dissipate the impact energy at these areas, protecting your bones and vital organs beneath should the worst occur. Passive protection comes in the form of reflective piping found at the rear, included to maximise your visibility when riding in the dark or in poor weather conditions without interrupting the casual styling of the jacket.

Despite your best intentions, you may end up getting caught out in poor weather while out on your ride. The Weise Sniper Retro Jacket has you covered with a fixed waterproof breathable membrane within the jacket. This membrane features a vast amount of small holes, small enough to limit water entry past this membrane, but large enough to allow water vapour (sweat) to escape from within the lining to ensure that the jacket remains breathable. This waterproofing is furthered with a storm flap that covers the central zipper, preventing water from permeating past the central zipper and dampening your base layers. This storm flap is held closes with a simple press stud closure, in keeping with the retro textile jacket aesthetic.

Helping keep you warm within the Sniper Jacket is a full-length thermal lining, providing a layer of insulation within the jacket when the temperature drops. This thermal lining features a vintage tartan pattern, furthering the classic styling of this vintage textile jacket. Of course, when the weather improves you can easily remove this quilted lining with simple zippers leaving a lightweight summer motorcycle jacket, which can be reattached when the situation calls for it.

A fleece lined comfort collar with neoprene trim helps to limit irritation at this sensitive area for many miles of comfortable riding. Storage for your essentials comes in the form of two zipped waist pockets and two chest pockets with press stud closures.
