With an abrasion resistant puffer jacket styling, impact and wet weather protection and more, the Spada Tino Textile Jacket is perfect for the urban explorer looking for something different.

The softshell outer textile material is CE approved and tested to offer resistance to the abrasion that you will typically experience in an accident scenario. This textile material is a high strength twill weave outer shell, which despite its hardwearing nature remains lightweight, flexible and comfortable for many miles of enjoyable riding. Passive protection comes in the form of reflective detailing at the exterior of the jacket, enhancing your visibility when riding in low light conditions.

Protection continues beneath the surface, with the inclusion of a CE approved armour suite. CE Level 2 armour is included at the back, shoulders and elbows and helps to effectively reduce the transferal of impact energy into the jacket in the event of an accident. This reduces the damage done and improves your recovery times. The armour pads are fitted to dedicated armour pockets to ensure that the armour remains in the right place when its needed most. These armour pockets are sealed with Velcro, making the armour removable if you choose to.

Rather than opt for a traditional waterproof membrane, the Spada Tino utilises a polyurethane liquid waterproof coating at the interior of the jacket along with a DWR water resistant coating at exterior of the jacket. The combination of these waterproof treatments maximises the waterproof potential of the Spada Tino Jacket to ensure that your base layers remain fresh and dry when you arrive at your destination. Thanks to the inclusion of a 220gsm polar fleece interior, the Tino Jacket remains warm and comfortable even when the temperature decreases.

When the temperature increases in the spring and summer months, riders are free to make the most of the twin ventilation openings at the chest of the Tino Jacket. These chest ventilation openings open and close with a simple traditional zipper system and allow cool air to be channelled into the jacket while riding, a welcomed feature for summer riders. The rear of the jacket features two long length rear zipped exhaust vents which allow warmer air that builds up within the jacket to efficiently escape for a complete cooling experience. Both these ventilation openings utilise a waterproof zipper system, ensuring that when the zippers are closed that no water can permeate through the zip and dampen your base layers.

A short elasticated internal belt attachment offers the rider the chance to attach the Spada Tino jacket to any pair of jeans with a belt loop or the belt itself, minimising the chances of the small of your back becoming exposed to the road surface in the event of a slide across the tarmac.
