Perfect for your commuting, the Spada Alaska gloves are waterproof, thermal lined and created in a goatskin leather for greater comfort.

The goatskin leather is very flexible, making the Alaska gloves brilliantly comfortable to wear over many miles. This material is also lighter than traditional cowhide leather, maximising the comfort and minimising the fatigue at the hands when travelling over longer distances. Despite being more user friendly than traditional leather, the goatskin material is still incredibly abrasion resistant, perfectly withstanding the intense friction of a high-speed slide.

Impact protection comes in the form of soft density padding at the fingers and knuckle area, helping to dispel impact energy away from the hands should they be subjected to any impacts. The glove is double stitched too, helping to maximise the overall strength of the glove to keep your hands safe in an accident scenario.

Beneath the surface of the Spada Alaska gloves lies a breathable waterproof membrane, which is microporous in its design. This means that the membrane features a vast amount of small holes, small enough to prevent water entry into the gloves, but large enough to allow air to escape from within, making the membrane breathable too. In additional the waterproof membrane, you’ll also find an official Thinsulate thermal lining, helping to insulate your hands when riding in colder climates or on those winter commutes to work.

A visor wipe found at the thumb makes it easy to clear your visor of water if you get caught in unpleasant weather, a worthwhile safety feature in any wet weather glove. The elasticated wrist helps to provide a comfortable seal at the wrist to help lock in the warmth when riding, while the Velcro wrist strap ensures that the glove stay in the right place when you need it most.
