Sidi's impressive range of motorcycle riding shoes continues with the introduction of the Sidi Nucleus GTX Boots, a pair of motorcycle boots that delivers casual, walking boots styling combined with robust motorcycle boot protection for your peace of mind.

The Sidi Nucleus Motorcycle Shoes feature a Ripstop technical fabric outer construction, which mirrors the hardwearing nature of traditional walking boots to further the aesthetic. However, this Ripstop material is well known for its abrasion resistant properties, standing up to the intense friction that is typically experienced in accident scenarios.

This protection is furthered still with the use of official D30 ankle inserts, minimising the impact energy that is transferred to this delicate part of the foot, without contributing to the bulk of the Nucleus boots. Further protective elements come in the form of the reinforced areas at the toes and heels of the Sidi Nucleus Boots, while reflective laces and subtle reflective inserts at the heel help to improve the riders visibility when riding in poor weather or in low light conditions.

For the first time, Sidi debut their new Fortex technology on the Sidi Nucleus Motorcycle Shoes. This innovative technology is engineered to withstand the impact energy and exterior forces of a motorcycle accident while remaining incredibly flexible. This results in a CE certified motorcycle riding shoe that allows for the natural flexing motion of the foot for a truly comfortable riding experience. The comfort is furthered still with the use of an official Vibram sole, reducing vibration through the soles and delivering the perfect balance between stability and flexibility, with additional EVA non-slip technology.

The Sidi Nucleus GTX boots feature a reliable, Gore-Tex membrane for the ultimate in wet weather protection. The Gore-Tex membrane within the boots contains over 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square centimetre; to put that into perspective, there pores are 20,000 times small than a water droplet but 700 times larger than water vapour molecules. This means that you can ride through the worst weather that mother nature decides to throw your way without the risk of the water soaking through to your socks, yet still letting perspiration from your feet escape from within the boots to maximise the fresh feeling when you arrive at your destination.
