Constructed in a premium cowhide leather with the same supple matt finish, the RST Sabre leather jean is triple stitched with a bonded nylon thread, providing superior abrasion resistance and receiving a CE Level of AAA, the highest possible rating under current testing measures. Within the RST Sabre Leather Jean is CE approved level 1 armour at the hips and knees as standard, as well as soft density coccyx protection pad, ensuring that you have all the protection you need when out on the road.

Ventilation is important in motorcycle leathers, particularly when riding in the summer months or across countries with warmer climates. Thanks to the inclusion of perforated panel ventilation, cool air can permeate the leather outer, providing cooling to your legs as you enjoy your journey. Additionally, the Quickdry mesh inner lining within these RST leather jeans maximises the comfort by helping limit your skin sticking to the leather outer, a welcomed feature on hot days and over longer distances.

The RST Sabre jean focuses on ergonomics and comfort at it’s heart, with the inclusion of a four way stretch material and leather accordion stretch panelling. The inclusion of this stretch panelling makes for a comfortable leather motorcycle jean, both on the bike and off it. Movement isn’t restricted when walking around when you reach for destination but will effortlessly return to its natural shape when you return to your bike for another stretch of tarmac taming. Elasticated waist panels help to accommodate the shape of your waist, while the inclusion of a Velcro waist adjustment belt allow the wearer to tailor the jacket to suit your body shape.

MAX zippers are used throughout, offering a reliable and hardwearing closures system, particularly at the 360° connection zipper. This zipper allows you to zip the RST Sabre Leather Jeans into the matching RST Sabre Leather Jacket or RST Sabre Leather Airbag Jacket, creating the ultimate two-piece leather suit combination. Of course, this 360° connection zipper can be used to pair with any compatible RST jacket, leather or textile in construction. Zipping together your jacket and jeans further the safety of the outfit, ensuring that the small of your back doesn’t become exposed in a slide should the worst occur.

If you are planning on taking your new RST leather jeans to a track day, the RST Sabre Leather Jean features matt finish RST knee sliders which are fixed with a hardwearing Velcro, ensuring that they stay fixed in place if you’re brave enough to get your knee down. Thanks to the quick release ring pull, the RST knee sliders are easy to remove and replace when you’ve worn them out.
