Ideal a variety of situations, the Kovix KTL Series U Locks offer a strong, secure lock for your pride and joy. With the added audible deterrent of a built in 120dB alarm, the Kovix KTL series can be used to strengthen your motorcycle chain when stored at home or use the longer length lock to secure your bike to a lamp post, bike rack or other stationary fixture.

With a complete steel construction, you can be safe in the knowledge that your new alarmed U lock is up to the challenge. With a steel locking body and key barrel along with a steel U bar, this alarmed lock has been designed to withstand attacks from screwdrivers, saws, drills and anything else an opportunistic thief may use to try and steal your pride and joy.

The alarm is 120dB of high pitched audio deterrent, projecting clearly and loudly that your bike is not for the taking! This alarm features a shock and movement sensor, designed to clearly distinguish between subtle movement of the wind and that of an attempted theft of your bike. Thanks to a selectable On/Off feature, you can easily determine whether your alarm is active or not. The Off feature is handy for storage, ensuring that the 120dB alarm doesn’t activate when being transported.

Thanks to some innovative weatherproofing, the Kovix Alarmed U Lock is waterproof which means you need not worry about the alarm system becoming ineffective if it’s left out in the wet. The alarm is powered by a long-life lithium ion battery, which under normal usage can last up to 10 months. These batteries are available to purchase separately when your battery has expired and be replaced with minimal effort.
