HJC knocked it out of the park with the RPHA 11, drawing from racing experience and feedback from riders to create one of the most popular sports motorcycle helmets to ever grace the market. Now back with even greater performance and ECE 22:06 approval, the HJC RPHA 12 Helmet is ready to be your next motorcycle helmet.

For the new RPHA 12 helmet, HJC have utilised their Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M) Evo outer shell to offer riders the very best in performance. This outer shell material is comprised of natural fibres, carbon fibre and aramid, delivering an outer shell with the increased strength and shock resistance necessary to meet the new ECE 22:06 helmet safety standards while remaining abrasion resistant and lightweight by design for increased comfort on every ride. The use of four outer shell sizes and five interior linings makes for a great fit with very little additional support paddings, regardless of your chosen helmet size for a more tailored fit. The aerodynamic shell shape has been optimised for a sports riding position and offers enhanced high speed stability and reduced aerodynamic drag, slicing through the wind resistance as you ride.

Once again, HJC incorporate the Advanced Channelling System (ACS) ventilation technology to effectively move air within the helmet while you ride. Channels made in the EPS interior linings pull air through from the front facing upper vents across the top of your head while riding. These channels run all the way to the rear of the helmet to efficiently expel warm, stale air which builds up in your helmet as you ride. With four air intake vents and three exhaust vents, you're sure to keep cool in your new RPHA 12 helmet. The aerodynamic design of the RPHA 12 helmet moves air easily into these ventilation areas as well as through the bypass channel vents at the top of the helmet. When in the closed position, air moves effectively through these bypass areas, reducing aerodynamic drag and wind noise while riding. The addition of newly designed gasket air channels at the inside of the visor are showcased here on the RPHA 12, effectively moving warm air build-up from the inside of the visor.

The clear visor that adorns the RPHA 12 helmet out of the box features an anti scratch coating, designed to limit scratches forming on your visors from insects, road dust and other detritus that you may encounter when out on the road. This visor is also Pinlock ready, with a Pinlock anti-mist insert included with your purchase, which when fitted will limit the misting of the visor when riding in cooler temperatures. The visor also offers increased vision, enhanced visor strength for greater safety and free from distortion for ultimate optical accuracy.

Just like the RPHA 11, the HJC RPHA-12 features a 2D dark smoke visor with your purchase for use on track days when you really want to push the sports potential of the HJC RPHA 12. Thanks to a two way pivot visor mechanism, opening your visor is a smooth, friction free movement with improved sealing for less wind noise when riding at higher speeds.

The HCJ Emergency Kit cheek pads allow for a safer, faster removal of the helmet by the emergency services in an accident scenario, a welcomed feature in any motorcycle helmet. The neck roll area and cheek pads also feature reflective piping, helping to improve the riders visibility in low light and poor weather conditions. These cheek pads, along with the upper crown pad, are also washable, allowing riders to refresh their helmet when needed. Finally, the HJC RPHA 12 utilises a double-D ring closure system as the chin strap, providing a tried and tested closure that is adjusted correctly every time you ride.
