The outer shell of the Caberg Duke X is constructed in a high impact resistant thermoplastic, delivering a strong, resilient outer shell that can easily withstand the impact an abrasion of an accident scenario. For your peace of mind, the Caberg Duke X is certified to ECE 22:06 standard, easily meeting the stringent testing standards for motorcycle helmets.

The Duke X has successfully achieved dual homologation (P/J rating), which means that you can ride (legally) with the Duke in both 'flip up' or 'flip down' positions. The mechanism that makes this possible is located at the left hand side of the helmet in the form of a discreet switch. Simply move this switch to lock the flip front section up.

The clear exterior visor the Caberg Duke X helmet has been treated with an anti-scratch coating, prolonging the life of your visor by protecting it from the dirt, dust and other particles that you may experience while riding. This same anti-scratch coating is featured on the internal sun visor, which is deployed via a mohawk slider at the top of the helmet.

The clear outer visor is also Pinlock ready, prepared to accept a Pinlock anti mist insert which (when fitted) will limit the misting up of your helmet visor in cold weather conditions. A Pinlock 30 anti-mist insert is included with your purchase. An adjustable upper crown vent allows the rider to tailor the airflow that is introduced to the top of the helmet, while large capacity mesh covered lower vents channel cool air into the helmet regularly, keeping you cool and aiding in the de-misting of your visor.

These interior linings are removable and washable, allowing you to prolong the fresh feeling of your interior linings. Two Wheel Centre recommends hand soaking in warm water and natural drying of your interior liners, so as not to shrink or distort the interior linings or their associated fixings.
