Made for the everyday, the Alpinestars T-Jaws V3 jacket is the third incarnation of the well-known Alpinestars Jaws series, which is known for its superior value and performance.

The Multifabric textile outer material is comprised of multi different polyfabrics, which when combined offer a highly abrasion resistant outer construction. This exterior shell features dual layers of this textile material to further increase the abrasion resistant properties of this Alpinestars textile jacket, maximising your safety should you find yourself sliding across tarmac.

Part of the Multifabric construction includes large stretch panels, which promote a great fit, increased comfort and freedom of movement within the jacket. The inclusion of pre-curved sleeves helps further the ergonomic design of the Alpinestars T-Jaws V3 Jacket, maximising your comfort by reducing the fatigue of working against the material. The inclusion of accordion stretch panelling found at the back of the elbows and back of the shoulders helps offer a complete range of natural movement for a more comfortable riding experience.

The abrasion resistant nature of the T-Jaws jacket is backed up with impact protection, thanks to the inclusion of Alpinestars Bio-Air shoulder and elbow armour. These CE approved armour pads are designed to limit impact energy transferal to the area beneath. You’ll also find provision for Alpinestars back protectors should you wish to upgrade the protective elements within the Alpinestars T-Jaws V3 jacket.

The inclusion of the DFS (Dynamic Friction Shield) at the shoulders of the Alpinestars T-Jaws V3 Jacket help to create a lower friction point at these areas to keep your body moving in the event of a slide. This reduces the risk of the textile material gripping the road surface in these areas and twisting your body, which can result in further injuries. Passive protection comes in the form of the subtle reflective details found on the jacket, offering increased visibility when riding in low light conditions without disturbing the minimalist appearance of this Alpinestars textile jacket.

A waterproof, breathable membrane within this Alpinestars textile jacket maximises the versatility of the jacket, making it useful in a variety of situations and weather conditions. This waterproof lining is fixed to the interior of the jacket and works to ensure water cannot permeate through the lining, which would result in the dampening of your base layers. The addition of a full length Primaloft thermal lining grants further insulation when travelling in cooler weather conditions, allowing you to ride into the cooler months of the year with ease. This Primaloft thermal lining is supremely warm, easily removable and can be stored in a rucksack or pannier for quick reattachment should the situation call for it.

Twin zipped ventilation openings at the front of this Alpinestars jacket allow the rider to channel cool air directly into the jacket when riding, a welcomed feature for summer riders. The addition of press stud adjustments at the biceps, along with a Velcro waist belt, allow the rider to tailor the fit and feel of their new Alpinestars jacket to suit their unique body shape. These adjustment points are also beneficial when wearing additional layers beneath the jacket in colder weather conditions.

A high profile collar helps to create a great seal around the neck to limit intrusive airflow into the jacket when riding in a tucked position. This collar area also features a soft textile interior with a soft feel edge material to promote comfort by minimising irritation at this sensitive area
