This technical jacket from Alpinestars features a 3L polyester lining, which offers abrasion resistance from slides that you may experience in your urban riding. Whether you’re commuting to work, college or meeting your friends at a local bike meet, the Alpinestars Ladies Sektor V2 Jacket has your skin covered. The level of protection is furthered still by the inclusion of an aramid fabric found at the shoulders and elbows, areas which typically suffer intense friction when subjected to a slide across tarmac.

The abrasion resistant nature of the Sektor V2 jacket is backed up with impact protection, thanks to the inclusion of Alpinestars Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder and elbow armour. These CE approved armour pads are designed to limit impact energy transferal to the area beneath. You’ll also find provision for Alpinestars back protectors should you wish to upgrade the protective elements within the Alpinestars Stella Sektor jacket.

Passive protection comes in the form of the subtle reflective details found on the jacket, offering increased visibility when riding in low light conditions without disturbing the minimalist appearance of this Alpinestars textile jacket.

Completing the casual appearance of the Alpinestars Sektor jacket is the hood, which can be used when off the bike to shield your head from precipitation. When on the bike, the hood features a small press stud, which can be used to pin the hood to your back, which stops the hood from flapping around at high speed. Of course, this hood is completely removable using a simple press stud fastening and adjusted using a familiar pull cord system.

Two exterior pockets with a zipper closure make for an ideal place for storing small items that you may need when out on the road, or a place to keep your hands warm when you arrive at your destination. Additionally, you’ll find two interior pockets along with a waterproof interior document pocket, which we recommend using to store your mobile phone as the Stella Sektor hoodie doesn’t include a waterproof membrane.

An elasticated hem and cuff make a comfortable fit at these areas, making your riding experience more enjoyable and easily accommodating additional layers in the cooler months of the year. A small textile cover at the base of the zipper helps to cover the zipper and prevent scratches to your motorcycle bodywork.
