Lightweight, comfortable, protective. The Alpinestars Atom Glove is a no fuss, no frills hybrid construction motorcycle glove. Simple yet stylish, the Atom gloves from Alpinestars are the ideal answer to your urban commuting and street riding needs.

The back of the hand is constructed in a robust yet incredibly comfortable stretch fabric construction. This textile material offers the abrasion resistant properties necessary for CE approval, whilst offering a greater range of comfort and natural movement when riding. This textile material is extended to a durable mesh material at the tips of the fingers and upper cuff which help to channel cool air into the glove and allow warmer stale air to exit the glove while riding.

This textile upper construction is paired with a supple full grain leather construction, offering a familiar feel at the handlebars and providing plenty of abrasion resistance at this area, granting the Alpinestars Atom gloves their CE approval rating. This leather is also dual layered at the side of the hand and the outer palm, further reinforcing the glove for your peace of mind.

The back of the hand features a soft viscoelastic PU foam knuckle protector, helping to dissipate impact energy at the back of the hand in the event of an accident. This knuckle protector is strategically placed and ergonomically shaped for optimum comfort, no matter how many miles you are riding. This protection is furthered at the fingers with soft density padding, helping to cushion the blows felt at these key impact areas.

A synthetic leather material at the palm provides additional grip at the handlebars, as well as preventing premature wear at this area. You’ll also find reflective detail areas at the fingers, designed to improve your visibility when riding in low light conditions without disturbing the minimalist appearance of the Atom gloves.

For greater convenience when out on the road, a touch sensitive material at the tips of the index fingers and thumbs makes using your GPS navigation device possible, without the need to remove the gloves.

A Velcro cuff closure offers a simple yet reliable fastening point, ensuring that the glove and all the protective elements that are incorporated into the glove remain in the right place when they are needed most. The cuff also features a puller tab to help you get the right fit before setting off, even if your hands are a little sweaty when putting the gloves on.
